Red Bird Mission and Clinic have been providing ministries in Appalachia since 1921. Today, the need remains critical in this isolated, rural distressed area. Chronic poverty, lack of jobs, poor housing and rugged mountainous terrain provide obstacles to a fuller life for the residents of the area.
The type of work involved in this trip could involve house repairs, cleaning, grounds work on the Red Bird campus or other projects.
Cost:
$190* (which could change depending on fuel & the number of vehicles traveling.)
Each person will also be responsible for 4 meals during travel.
*Regular cost of $295/person is being subsidized by Quest's Fund for Missions.

- Sign up by May 25th for a guaranteed spot and a cost of $265 ($160 for Questers) due at this time. Remainder of the cost will be due July 21st.
- You can still sign up until July 21st if spots remain available. Cost due at that time will be $295 ($190 for Questers).
