Student Ministries

We've all heard the excuses for teenagers not wanting to get plugged into a youth ministry. "It's boring", "I won't know anyone", and "all the people in church are nerds." We're ready for all of those excuses.

Recent studies show that today's youth are more stressed and anxious than ever before. Our desire is that your teens will be exposed to and experience God's incredible love for them in a real, relevant, relaxed and relational way. We've designed a youth ministry where your child will not only have fun but will grow in character and spiritual maturity in the process.

Just give us a call or drop us an email and we'll have one of our leaders call or write your teen and personally invite him or her to an upcoming event. We'll be right there with you throughout the whole process, sharing with you any information that might help you get your teenager connected. We'll give you the names of other students within our ministry. We'll even give you the names of other parents you can talk to.

So give us (Bart & Gretchen Collins) a call at (614) 876-3570 or email to get your teen connected. If you want to speak with someone face-to-face, visit us at the front of the auditorium, by the large screen, on Sunday mornings. We'd love to meet with you and answer your questions.

We Want to Help!

Ways to get involved:

The youth meet at 9:00 AM in the small classroom. This group is a great place to begin exploring Student Ministries for the youth and the volunteer.

Meeting for our Youth Small Group on Wednesday night in Hilliard.  Just like the adult Small Groups this is a place for teens to dig deeper into God's Word and to build relationships.  This group meets at Bart & Gretchen's home.  Please call (614) 8576-3570 for directions.

The Youth have a ministry team called "Go MAD" or Go Make A Difference. This is a great place to get to know the other youth and to have fun serving others in the community.
