Raymond Smith don’t exactly sound like native Texans.  That’s because they’re not.  If you listen closely you’ll find out they are natives of Great Britain.  After serving as a Pastor in England for 34 years, they moved to the United States to be near their son and are now on a “mission for God”. 

 

Raymond’s heart for missions will make him a perfect fit as our new Director of Ministry Development.  He will be leading CRM International into the next season of our ministry.
