youth leadership track
FT Kids offers a Leadership Track for youth (6th thru 12th grade) to serve in supporting roles alongside an adult in children's ministry. This Leadership Track provides opportunities to serve, hands-on experience, and personal growth potential.
FT Youth Leadership contribute in the following ways:
- Serve once a month in one of the following areas while supervised by an adult:
- Kids Welcome Team
- Kids Worship Team
- Nursery
- Preschool
- Lower Elementary
- Arrive 30 minutes before service time.
- Assist in Nursery, PreK Classes, or Welcome Center.
