Our Mission House ministry is located across the street from the church at 2709 Wabash Ave. The UBC Mission House houses our food pantry and our clothes closet. It is open Tuesday and Thursday mornings to assist the famlies in need in the zip codes that surround our church. We are serving over 80 families a month, and that number is growing. To have food to distribute, we depend on donations from our church familiy, canned food drives by Alice Carlson and J.T. Stevens schools, and the Tarrant Area Food Bank. Our clothes closet's biggest needs are children's clothes and men's work clothes. These donations can be left in the gray box by the west door entrance to the educational building.

*You can also support the Mission House by volunteering at the Tarrant Area Food Bank because UBC gets credit on its account for the number of hours you volunteer there. When you shop for groceries, Albertson's, Tom Thumb and Kroger all have plans where a portion of what you spend is donated to the church. See Natalis in the church office for information on these programs.
