UNFORGIVENESS: List all people from childhood to the present whom you have or have ever had any unforgiveness or resentment (dead or alive).

 

GENERATIONAL ISSUES: List anything which you might have inherited from your parents or grandparents including: illnesses, negative character traits or emotional characteristics.

 

OCCULT: List all dealings you have had with the occult (example: freemasonry, Ouija, séance, horoscope, new age, superstition, witchcraft, oaths, Santeria, palm reader, roots, etc.)

 

SEXUAL SIN:  List all people you have been sexually involved with outside of marriage (example: rape molestation, incest, homosexuality/lesbianism, bestiality, even your spouse if you came together sexually prior to marriage).

 

SOUL TIES:  List all people (dead or alive) that have had an ungodly control over you.  Also your mother, father, step parents, spouse(s), grandparents, spirit guides, abortions, hypnotist, ex-spouse(s), brothers/sisters (step or half), children,(step, adopted, foster) etc., also include names from #3 above, sexual partners.

 

BELIEF SYSTEMS: Often beliefs end up in our belief system that are not true, nevertheless, they seem true to us. List belief systems that are contrary to what God says about you (ie. God doesn’t love me, I’ll never be loved, I will always fail, All men are…, all women are…,)

 

COVENANT, VOWS & CURSES:  List all broken covenants and vows of the past. (Marriages, church membership, etc. or curses spoken over your life by friends, parents, family, self or other).

 

SOME ALTERNATIVE MEDICAL PRACTICES (Hypnosis, Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Crystal Therapy, Faith Healers, Guided Imagery, New Age Medicine, Past Lives Therapy, Psychic healers, etc.)

 

ABUSE, HURTS, REJECTIONS: (Sexual, Verbal, Emotional, Psychological, Abandonment)

 

DEATH:  List any family members that have died and whose negative traits have been attributed to you, or if you experienced excessive grief, loneliness or rejection. (Include miscarriages and abortions).

 

CURSED OBJECTS AND BUILDINGS:  List places of worship or evil that you have visited.

 

FEARS & PHOBIAS:  List any fears or phobias that you struggle with.

 

ADDICTIONS:  List any behaviors, foods and substances that you are addicted to

 

EXPECTATIONS AND JUDGEMENTS: List any negative expectations and judgments (Ex. All Men are…, All Women are…, All Leaders are… All Christians are…

 

PARENT ISSUES: List major issues which come from wounds caused by parents (Lack of nurture, abuse, abandonment, etc.)

 

 

 

Lord, thank you for your forgiveness of me.  Now, I want to confess that I have not loved, but have resented certain people and have unforgiveness in my heart, Lord, I call on you to help me to forgive even as you have forgiven me.  Now, I choose to forgive and release all judgments against (call out loud every person on the “Open Door List”.) Now, I forgive and accept myself in the name of Jesus.

 

PROCLAMATIONS TO OVERCOME GENERATIONAL ISSUES

Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I am a member of my family. I thank you for my family and confess that my family and I have sinned against you and broken your laws.  We have sinned in thought, word, and deed.  I repent and renounce the sin(s) of . . . . . . . . .

(be specific) and my involvement in those things. I take responsibility for the ways I have repeated my ancestors’ sin and I repent and ask Your forgiveness. I confess and renounce and take authority over every curse and agreement made with the enemy and cancel its power in the name of Jesus.   I thank you, Jesus, that you bear all my iniquity and I claim freedom from all bondage to generational sin, curses, and hereditary diseases from my family line in the name of Jesus.  Thank you, Jesus, that you have redeemed my life. 

I declare that you are Lord of my life in the name of Jesus.

 

PROCLAMATION FOR OCCULT CONFESSION

Lord Jesus, I confess seeking from satan and his kingdom the help that should have come from God Almighty.  I confess as sin (name all occult sins from your “Open Door List” and even those I do not remember, Lord, I repent and renounce these sins and ask you to forgive me.  In the name of Jesus, I now close the door to all occult practices. Satan, I renounce you and all of your works in my life in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and I close all the doors of my life to the entry points you previously gained through my sins.  I speak out, in the name of Jesus who defeated you at Calvary, that you no longer have any right to trouble me on these specific issues – which have now been confessed, repented of and forgiven, and from which I have been cleansed by the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.  I also renounce all the alternative medical treatments that I have participated in (name any alternative medical practices you have sought out for healing) and the spirits associated with those practices.

 

PROCLAMATION TO BE SET FREE FROM SEXUAL SIN

Thank you Jesus for dying on the cross, that I might be forgiven.  I confess all my sexual sin.  I invited you Jesus to be Lord of my life, especially my sexuality. And I ask you to set me free from everyone I have had intercourse with, in an ungodly way.  I recognize this is sin and I do not want to continue in these relationships.  (Name each relationship out loud from your “Open Door List”)  Any spirit in Satan’s kingdom that has come into me through these sexual relationships, I use the authority I have in Jesus Christ, that you have no further right in my spirit, soul, and body, and I order you to leave me now, in the name of Jesus.

 

PROCLAMATION FOR BREAKING UNGODLY SOUL TIES

Thank you Jesus for dying that I might be set free.  I invite you, Lord Jesus to be Lord of my life, and I ask you to set me free. I confess and repent of my sin. I forgive and loose in the freedom of my forgiveness those whom I have ungodly soul ties with. I now break and renounce any ungodly soul ties with (Name out loud every person in the “Open Door List” of soul ties). I now use the authority I have in Jesus Christ and break and renounce these ungodly soul ties and command any demonic spirits that entered me though these relationships to leave me now, in Jesus name.

 

PROCLAMATION ON BROKEN CONVENANTS/VOWS CONFESSION

Lord Jesus, I confess that I have broken covenants/vows with you.  I recognize this is sin and I ask you Lord to forgive me now for breaking these between you and (name each relationship out loud, marriages, church memberships, etc.) I now use my authority in Jesus Christ and break any curses that this has brought upon me and order every spirit in satan’s kingdom to leave me now.

 

PROCLAMATION ABUSE, HURTS & REJECTONS

Father, I confess that, as a result of being hurt, I have allowed myself to hold anger, resentment and bitterness in my heart against (insert here the names of individuals). I acknowledge this as sin and I now repent and turn from this behavior.  I ask that you will forgive me and cleanse me, in Jesus name. Amen.

 

PRAYER OF CONFESSION/REPENTANCE/CONSECRATION

Father, I ask you to forgive me for my continual vulnerability to the sin of (insert here the specific sin or sins involved).  I recognize my own part in choosing to sin in this way and ask you to set me free from the chains that have bound me to this sin.  In Jesus’ name. Amen

I now turn from my sin. I ask you Father to forgive me for all that is past, give me the discernment to recognize temptation when it comes and the strength to resist it.  Thank you for Jesus’ blood was shed that I might be made clean.   I ask you to cleanse me now from all uncleanness. In the Name of Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus, I give you my entire being- spirit, soul, body, - into your hands.  I invite you now to fill me with your Holy Spirit, that I may be totally yours, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
