"We Build People" is a values driven philosophy (not a program) designed to help the pastor, leadership team and congregation to respond to Christ's call to "make disciples".

 

In an age filled with stress and pressure for all, the Christian adult needs effective ministry in which they can receive God's word, prayer, help and encouragement.

 

WBP discipleship includes, instructs, involves, invests, in the lives of individuals at their level of understanding that will nurture spiritual development.
