Dr. Harvey functions in an apostolic role with several ministers and churches, both in the U.S. and abroad. He has been instrumental in planting several new churches and helping to reconstitute others. He regularly meets with ministers to provide ongoing apostolic oversight and teaching, hosting the CLM Conference meetings. He is a ‘father in the faith’ to many spiritual sons and daughters that he has helped raise up and send out in ministry  For more than a decade he has been  involved in Apostolic and Apostolic/Prophetic roundtables and forums to activley promote the  understanding and function of 5 - fold ministry both in the  United States and internationally.
