Helping people move...


 Welcome Message from Pastor John Gann
 
    Many of us have experienced just how complex church can become. We‘re discovering that  ministry is simply about helping people move from somewhere to somewhere. We could also describe this as the process of discipleship, which often begins long before a person comes to be a follower of Christ. We’re learning that all of our life rubbing against life experiences are opportunities to help people move closer to Jesus Christ. Someone once said, “The church doesn’t have a mission. The mission has a church.”  We are learning we can walk with Him wherever we go. Sometimes we speak. Sometimes we don’t. Sometimes we offer the gift of prayer. We always love & serve. 
 
    We are on a journey of living what Jesus said in Matthew 21:13. “My house shall be called a house of prayer.” That simply means that we desire to move, in believe and practice, to a point where Life Church doesn’t merely have a prayer ministry but that prayer is the heartbeat of all we do. We’re not sure where our journey is taking us. We are sure of this; we desire to live a life surrendered to God., to know Him, & to help others move to that same reality.
