Heritage Hall uses FACTS Management Company to bill and collect all tuition and extended care charges. Activity, book, and camp fees will also be billed through FACTS.
After enrolling your child(ren) in school, you will also enroll in FACTS, choosing the same options you marked on your Financial Agreement. Online enrollment is easy, fast, and secure.

All families are requested to complete this sign-up process. All plans will be billed by and paid to FACTS. Only one-time lump sum payments may be made in the school office.
Payment options are:
semester payments (2)
monthly payments (9,10, or 11 months)
monthly extended care will be billed over 9 months, September through May
Approved payment methods are:
ACH debit to checking or savings account (banking information required)
invoice (may be paid by electronic draft, check, or credit card)
credit card ~ there is a 2.5% convenience fee associated with credit card
payments. FACTS accepts MasterCard, Discover, and
Approved ACH debit monthly processing dates: 5th or 20th
Once your demographic information is set up, school office personnel will log on and enter the dollar amounts based on your Financial Agreement information. You will receive a confirmation from FACTS before your first payment is due or debited.
