. Her office focuses on developing and improving the communication effectiveness for more than 2,000 undergraduate and MBA students. The PDC is a unique facility that provides a variety of services including presentation coaching for case competitions, team development workshops, MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) facilitation, SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) outbriefs, 360° feedback development and debriefing, resume and interview coaching, conflict management and other professional development support.

TruSpeak Consulting, a firm committed to providing comprehensive communication workshops and individualized coaching to give individuals and teams the skills necessary to reach targeted personal and organizational goals. Additionally, Tracy is a Senior Consultant for
The Blake Leath Group, LLC (“TBLG”) and a communication coach for University of Texas McCombs School of Business – Dallas. Tracy has provided workshops and training courses for many industries including:
financial services, healthcare, transportation services, executive education and K-12 education. In addition to her professional pursuits, Tracy has been honored to inspire and motivate youth and young adults to pursue personal excellence at conferences, workshops, universities and school districts across Texas.
Tracy holds a Master of Science in Communication in Human Relations from Texas Christian University and frequently volunteers her services to non-profit organizations including Project M.I.C.A.H., H.O.P.E. Farm Inc., Big Brothers Big Sisters, Fort Worth Business Assistance Center and TECH Fort Worth. Additionally, Tracy is the President of the TCU Black Alumni Alliance, member of Leadership Fort Worth - Leading Edge Class of 2012 and a contributor to Steer FW. She resides in Ft. Worth, TX and—when relaxing—can be found spoiling her nephew Tristan and niece Amani, or checking items off her bucket list.
