All Occasion Information

All orders should be placed at least one (1) week in advance.  Custom and specialty orders should be placed at least two (2) weeks in advance.  On occasion, we are able to take same week/same day orders, if the order is placed before 5 p.m. on Wednesday of that week.  However, the Wednesday timeline is subject to change without notice.  All orders taken are based on our availability and is assessed on a week-by-week basis.

Deposit:  A  50% deposit is required to process all orders.  The remaining balance will be due upon pick-up.  Some custom designed orders, all orders over $150, and all delivery orders require full payment before sending an order to production.

Payments:  We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  Payment information is required, and payment will be processed when the order is placed.

Changes:  We will allow changes to be made on STANDARD FLAVOR CAKES up to 48 hours prior to your pick-up date.  Changes to SPECIALTY/CUSTOM ORDER and/or FLAVORED CAKES  must be made at least four (4) days in advance of your pick-up date.  Additional fees may apply.

Cancellations:  Orders cancelled more than 7 days prior to your event are eligible for a refund.  Refunds may be subject to cancellation fees.  Cancellations made less than 7 days prior may result in full or partial payment.  All cancelled orders which are paid by credit/debit card, will be subject to a 15% deduction of the order total. 
Samples:  We offer individual serving Torte Cake Bowls for $3.25 each.  Available flavors vary daily.
Deliveries:  Local delivery charges start at $21.00.  Long distance delivery charges are available upon request.
Pickup and Transporting:  
Always carry cake boxes in a level position.
Always avoid, if possible, bumps and holes in the road.
Always try to avoid making sharp turns and rapid stops.
Always brace box with heavier object to keep box from sliding.
Always keep vehicle cool.
Never hold boxes.
Cutout:  Cutout or sculpted designs start at $40.00.  Price will vary depending on number of serving, design and shape.
Fondant:  Fondant covered cakes are an additional $1.75 per serving.
