Faithful Fitness Circuit Training

 

A 60 minute class with 11 stations, both cardio and strength training.  Each station is one minute long and will repeat three times, ending with cool down and stretching.  *Childcare is available for all classes except Silver Sneakers.  When possible, the suggested donation is $1 without children, and $2 with children.  All donations go to our dedicated child care workers.
