Faithful Fitness

 
Fall classes start on September 4!
 
Faithful Fitness exists to encourage and guide individuals to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit in their everyday lives.  We want to enhance fellowship of our participants in an informal setting and provide a tool through which the community can experience Christian faith in a personal but non-threatening way.  It is our goal to provide exercise classes that refresh the spirit in addition to exercising the body.
