Dave became a member of Rinehart in 1996.  However he was married at RCC in 1964.  Dave retired from the MO Dept. Of Conservation in 1995 after 30 years.

He started serving as a deacon in 1998 and in May of 2005 became an elder for the congregation, which he is the chairman.
