Cancellations will be announced on our church phone voice message 3 hours before the event start time. You can call at 7:01 on a Sunday morning to check or 4:01 pm on Wednesday.

 

Call 228-2444 and listen to the greeting message.  (There are no extensions to choose; simply listen to the opening greeting.)  

Please do not depend on a TV, radio, or internet announcement because these are not reliable sources during a storm: loss of electricity or no access to a computer, etc.

 

Please do not go by the conditions of the roads around your house to assume that we have not cancelled.  Please call.

 

If you call the church within the 3-hour time bracket and hear a general office greeting, then service has not been cancelled.  The regular greeting will not be changed if there is no cancellation.

If we do not cancel the service, but you feel the weather conditions are severe, you should use your own discretion whether to go to church or not. If you decide not to come and have a position in our helps ministry, please call your department head and notify him/her that you are not coming.   

Please keep the church phone number handy so that you can easily check for a cancellation.
