Mobile Market
Volunteers are needed to help distribute food for this community beginning May 18th, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This program is on every THIRD Saturday, and any time you can give during the hours would be a big help! We are asking EVERYONE to bring their plastic grocery bags to the church to be placed in the designated containers. These bags will be used for individuals who are receiving food. Thank you for your help and support.
Summer Reading
Would you like your middle school-age child to continue learning in the summer and advance his/her literacy skills prior to next school year? If so, please consider having them join a summer reading program here at First Calvary. Family Fun Day

Lights, Camera, Action!
The Youth Ministry is going to make a movie, to be premiered in June, and we need your help! This movie will be written and produced by the youth of FCBC (with guidance of professionals). Are you interested in helping First Calvary be strong and lean in 2013? Walking in Faith is an innovative physical activity and nutrition program coming to First Calvary. The program is actively looking for people to help co-lead program sessions. You do not need to be a nutrition or physical activity expert, just enthusiastic about helping others. Coupon Swap
A coupon swap will be held on each 2nd Sunday immediately after 2ndservice. Please bring your sets of coupons (after you have cut what you wanted)… keep the coupon sets by date and plan to meet in Classroom III. Bring scissors, your coupon organizer and coupons. Children's Church
All adults with children ages 5-11, or adults interested in assisting with children's church, please fill out the survey posted outside Minister Prince's office.
Youth Council Volunteer Opportunity
Do you have some free time to give to the community? Join the Youth Council in a new and exciting partnership with Lakewood Elementary (2520 Vesson Avenue)! We are looking for a few good volunteers to spend some time lending a helping hand at the school on weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Any amount of time will be GREAT! Deacons and Youth Project The FCBC Youth Council and Deacon Ministry invite young men of FCBC to "Shadow a Deacon". Join us on the first Sundays for visits to the sick and shut-in.
