Another opportunity for women to get together and study
is the Presbyterian Women’s Circle. A “circle” is a group of women, of all ages, who meet on a regular basis for prayer, study, community building, giving, and fellowship. Special projects are supported from time to time to raise funds for outreach and/or mission work. There are two groups: Faith Circle which meets on the first Thursday at 9:15 am and Peace Circle which meets on the first Monday at 7:00 pm (except in September due to Labor Day) at. Both meet in the church.
This year they will be studying: Dispatches to God's Household: The General Epistles by Nancy Benson-Nicol.
The six books of the New Testament are explored in this study: 1 & 2 Peter, 1, 2, & 3 John, and Jude. The books teach us what it means to live in community and what it means to belong to the household of God.
