Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop a fervent worship experience
2. Preach consistently, the saving word of Jesus Christ
3. Direct and supervise the Christian Education program
4. Direct and lead the Collegiate and Young Adult Ministries

 

Requirements

1. Five to ten years experience in ministry, with a proven track-record of loyalty to the pastor
2. Proven integrity, impeccable character, strong oral and written communication skills

 

Education

Masters of Divinity, preferred
