Future Sites for the Annual Session

The Annual Session of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. is one of the convention’s largest annual gatherings of officers and delegates. Each September, approximately 35,000 National Baptists convene upon the city that has been selected to host this august body of believers.

The Convention has selected the following cities as sites for future Annual Sessions:

· 2011 — Orlando, Florida (host committee website:

· 2012 — Atlanta, Georgia

· 2013 — Charlotte, North Carolina

· 2014 — New Orleans, Louisiana

The National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. ( is the nation’s largest African-American religious organization comprising of 7.5 million members worldwide. The National Convention President is Dr. Julius R. Scruggs, Pastor, First Missionary Baptist Church, Huntsville, Alabama.
