Cardio Classes

Cardio builds your endurance, strengthens your heart, and increases your lung capacity.  It releases endorphins, those wonderful mood-elevating brain chemicals.   The YMCA holds several Cardio Classes including:
 
  • Blast to the Past II-Active Older Adults
  • Step I-Active Older Adults and Beginners
  • 20-20-20      20 minutes each of Hi Low Impact/Step/Kickboxing
  • Step II
  • Step Interval
  • Cardio Kickbox
  • Cardio Pump
  • The RIDE
  • Blood and Guts
  • Zumba
