The YMCA has 2 Yoga Classes, standard Yoga and Gentle Stretch. 
Standard Yoga-Discover ways to become centered, focused, relaxed, and increase flexibility.  This is an opportunity to tap into your energy sources by using traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Yoga meets on Monday's and Wednesday's from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Gentle Stretch-This half hour class, for Active Older Adults, consists of some standing and sitting poses while tapping into your energy sources.
Gentle Stretch meets on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 9:15-9:45 a.m.
