Teen Fitness

Teen Fitness is a four week class for students 12-14 years of age.  The program starts the first Monday of every month.  The class focuses on the Cybex weight training equipment and cardiovascular machines.  Upon graduation from this program the participants will be allowed to workout at the YMCA on their own.  There is a maximum of six students per session, so sign up early.  Call for the new class starting dates.  Class held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-7 p.m. and Saturday's from 9:30-11:00 am.  Monthly additional class fees of $17.50 per month apply.
