After graduating from Rivier College with a B.A. in English Education, she became the High School English teacher. Shortly after, at the young age of 23, Miss Najem became the High School Principal and began working on her Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Columbia International University.  In 2010, she transitioned into the role of  K-12 Principal at Community Christian Academy and High School.  Her passion is mentoring young people and seeing them become passionate for Christ and live a life of joy and victory over sin and struggle. Mrs. Jennifer Freeman

Hello, my name is Jennifer R. Freeman.  I started teaching in the public school system at the C. W. Morey School in Lowell, MA in 2000.  I worked with students in preschool through the fourth grade.  I enjoyed working there for three years before coming to CCA.  This school year marks my 9th year of teaching kindergarten here at CCA.  In 2009, I was asked to help initiate a pre-kindergarten (K4) curriculum for our school.  I am currently the Preschool Department Head.  I have also enjoyed cultivating a heart of worship in the youth through the CCA praise team.

Mrs. Donna Dougherty

The daughter of two entrepreneurs, Donna Dougherty followed in the footsteps of her parents to become the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Professional Support, Inc. (PSI).  PSI, a medical software company, was incorporated in 1982.  It was managed by its founders until 2001 when it was sold to a Kansas company.  Mrs. Dougherty was retained by the new owners as the Executive Director of the New England and Mid-Atlantic Regions until 2004 when she left to pursue a heartfelt opportunity to work in a faith-based organization.

Mrs. Dougherty was also co-founder of two additional information technology companies, Provider Software, Inc., and GorilLAN, Inc. The corporation of Provider Software was dissolved in 2000 after selling the intellectual property developed by the company. GorilLAN, a network engineering company, was sold in 2001 to a partner. Currently, she is the President of Visitude, Inc. established in 2002. In multi-capacity roles, Mrs. Dougherty’s responsibilities in these organizations included general and administrative, operations, strategic planning, and marketing.
