Pastor Najem was born in Beirut, Lebanon and was saved in 1971 through a Foursquare Missionary. He graduated from Life Bible College in 1974, and immigrated to the United States in 1976. Pastor Najem was ordained by Middle East Gospel Outreach Ministries in 1980, and by Faith Christian Fellowship International in 1994. As the co-founder of Community Christian Fellowship, Pastor Najem has functioned as the Senior Pastor since 1990. He also founded CCA with the help of many faithful church members in 1991. Since May 2010, Pastor Najem has been an Affiliated Minister with the Foursquare Association. He has been teaching and preaching the Word of God for the past 30 years in the U.S. and abroad, often teaching in CCA's chapel services and other special events.
Miss Najem has been working at CCA in some capacity since she was a teenager. She started by working in the daycare, then moved into teaching English part-time. After graduating from Rivier College with a B.A. in English Education, she became the High School English teacher. Shortly after, at the young age of 23, Miss Najem became the High School Principal and began working on her Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Columbia International University. In 2010, she transitioned into the role of K-12 Principal at Community Christian Academy and High School. Her passion is mentoring young people and seeing them become passionate for Christ and live a life of joy and victory over sin and struggle. Jen enjoys quality time with family and friends, traveling, shopping, and serving on the leadership team of United Night of Worship.
Hello, my name is Jennifer R. Freeman. I started teaching in the public school system at the C. W. Morey School in Lowell, MA in 2000. I worked with students in preschool through the fourth grade. I enjoyed working there for three years before coming to CCA. This school year marks my 9th year of teaching kindergarten here at CCA. In 2009, I was asked to help initiate a pre-kindergarten (K4) curriculum for our school. I am currently the Preschool Department Head. I have also enjoyed cultivating a heart of worship in the youth through the CCA praise team.
The daughter of two entrepreneurs, Donna Dougherty followed in the footsteps of her parents to become the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Professional Support, Inc. (PSI). PSI, a medical software company, was incorporated in 1982. It was managed by its founders until 2001 when it was sold to a Kansas company. Mrs. Dougherty was retained by the new owners as the Executive Director of the New England and Mid-Atlantic Regions until 2004 when she left to pursue a heartfelt opportunity to work in a faith-based organization.
Mrs. Dougherty was also co-founder of two additional information technology companies, Provider Software, Inc., and GorilLAN, Inc. The corporation of Provider Software was dissolved in 2000 after selling the intellectual property developed by the company. GorilLAN, a network engineering company, was sold in 2001 to a partner. Currently, she is the President of Visitude, Inc. established in 2002. In multi-capacity roles, Mrs. Dougherty’s responsibilities in these organizations included general and administrative, operations, strategic planning, and marketing. Additionally, she directed all functions of human resources including team development and the content, building, and maintenance of corporate websites.
Mrs. Allison Reveley has been a part of the CCA team since 2006. Allison has had the pleasure to not only work in the Academy office, but at the High School as well. Mrs. Reveley was our Drama teacher and director from 2006-2008. She has been a chairperson for our annual fundraiser, the CCA River Run, since 2010 and enjoys having an active role in all the extracurricular events at CCA.
Mrs. Nadeau has been a Teacher’s Aide in the K4 preschool class for approximately 4 years. Recently, she began teaching K5 Art, and Middle School and High School Gym. She has also been involved with the Athletic Program at CCA. She has coached Cross Country and Basketball, as well as helped kids participate in the intramurals program with activities such as ice skating, roller skating, basketball, and soccer.
Mrs. Lisa Searle has been a part of our daycare staff since 2004 as the K3 teacher. She enjoys working with children and laying the foundation for their academics while having fun! In K3, Mrs. Searle incorporates Christian principals and Bible lessons into everyday learning. Lisa is married and has three sons, the youngest of which graduated from CCA in 2008.
My name is Michelle Dougherty. I am an alumnus of Community Christian High School. After graduation, I enrolled in the education program at Fitchburg State University. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2008 with a double major in Elementary Education and IDIS as well as a minor in Social Science. I believe that God sent me back to Community Christian Academy in order to be a light in this world and to influence children in a positive way. This is my 4th year teaching 2nd grade at CCA. I love everything about my job, and I thank God for each of my students and their families.
In the past, Mrs. Debra Brouillard has worked for the goverment as a Personnel Specialist evaluating resumes, hiring, and interviewing potential government workers throughout the Hasncom Airforce Base. Upon having children, she homeschool for nine years. She started teaching at CCA in 1995 by teaching Bible and directing the Christmas Pageant. She then became a part time teacher in grades 3 and 4 in September of 1996. In 1997, she became the 3rd grade homeroom teacher and has been with the school ever since. In 2010, she took on the role of Elementary Department Head in which she manages the elementary teachers, curriculum, and student disciplinary matters. She has also contnued directing the Christmas pageant over the past seventeen years
Mrs. Cara Kane has been teaching the fourth grade at CCA since 2005. In 2006, she began to teach movement arts class to the upper elementary grades. She utilizes this class to prepare the students to perform at both the Christmas pageant and the graduation ceremony.
Mrs. Pilla has been with CCA since August 2006. She started in the high school office which was located at Calvary Chapel in Chelmsford, MA. In that first year, she taught choir and then co-directed Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in the spring of 2007. Since then, she has done progressively less office work and more teaching. Currently, she is teaching 7th and 8th Grade Science and Math and 9th and 10th Grade Science and World Geog/History. Mrs. Karen Rogers is enjoying her first year as a music and drama teacher at CCA. Previously, she has enjoyed helping with the CCA spring musical productions as a back stage manager. Her background is in dance and musical theatre arts. She is married with four children.

Mrs. Claire Cassidy has been involved with CCA since 2006 when her 4 children started here. She has been an active member of the Parent Support Group (PSG). This is the second year that Mrs. Cassidy has run His Kitchen hot lunch program which gives her the chance to indulge in her passion for cooking.
Mrs. Jen Davis has been a part of the Community Christian Academy family for 11 years. First, she worked in the daycare for 2 years and then in the years to follow, she was an elementary teacher’s aide. After taking time to stay home with her children in their infant years, she started back at CCA in 2008 as the Academy Receptionist. Her children now attend the academy and are an active part of the extra-curricular programs we offer. Jen enjoys being creative, especially with paper crafting and photography.
My name is Sue Greenan, born, raised, and attended public schools in Haverhill Mass. I met my husband in 1969 while he was stationed in the Army at Fort Devens in Ayer Mass. We were married in 1976. We have 4 children and 11 grandchildren.
I have been employed off and on for the past 11 years at CCA. I have worked in the daycare, as a K-5 aide, and as an office receptionist. Most recently, I took on the position of Church Secretary for Community Christian Fellowship. I have also been working part time at Life Saver Ministries (My Fathers House), which is a program for pregnant and parenting teens, in Chelmsford, MA for the last 3 years.

Ms. Maribel Jones immigrated to United States from Puerto Rico when she was three years old. In April of 1986, she came to know Jesus as her Lord and Savior! Ms. Jones is a proud mom of a young daughter who is in the 4th grade at CCA. She has approximately 20 years of business experience. She has been working at Community Christian Fellowship & Academy since February of 2011 in the Business Department as the bookkeeper for the church and academy. She can be easily bought with a box of chocolates.
