Sundays at RCC
Even though we serve the same God, churches throughout the world do Sunday services differently. We want your first visit to be an enjoyable one for you and your family. So here is a glimpse of how we do our Sunday mornings at Riverview Community Church.
Be sure to let us know it is your first time by filling out a communication card found in the Welcome Packet which will be given to you by one of our ushers. We'll trade you that communication card for a gift card... just our way of saying "Thank You!" for visiting us. One of our friendly ushers will be happy to make that trade with you.
One of the things we value at Riverview Community Church is the opportunity to teach and share God's love through music.Worship reflects what is in our heart for the Lord, it is an outpouring of His grace and goodness. eel free to sing along as the words are projected onto the screen or silently listen and let the words inspire a sense of the holiness of God.
Giving - Our Approach:
Giving is something we do consistently as followers of Christ. enerous giving is a tangible opportunity for us to place our financial trust in God as we honor Him with our tithe and offering. We do not pass a giving plate, instead we have chosen to have a "Giving Box" in place as you leave the sanctuary by one of the four exit doors. our act of faithful giving to God is an act of worship unto Him. He will prove himself faithful as you place your trust in Him with your giving.
We use biblical references with practical applications that will benefit you in your every day life while bringing about important biblical truth.
Our Future - Our Children:
We have a staff of people who are here to serve your children and provide loving care while teaching them through creative and fun lessons on God's love and grace for them. The children gather after dismissal from the 11:00 worship time into their classes, where they have age appropriate music, teaching and games.
