This is a pastoral letter concerning the experience of the Holy Spirit in the church today that was adopted by the Presbyterian Church in America's 2nd General Assembly in 1975.  It shares the widely accepted and affirmed viewpoint that is currently supported by the denomination and also includes Scriptures support references.
