He may contact you for additional information, if needed. Please be advised that submission of this form does NOT guarantee that the event has been approved. Do NOT make any financial downpayments prior to submission and reply of this form. First Corinthian is NOT responsible for any monies lost if the event is denied and a downpayment has already been paid. Please submit one e-form per event.
